Tourism is a way of experiencing a different everyday life, or escaping from one's daily routine. It doesn't mean changing your life, but rather taking a break and changing your environment within a limited timeframe. Observing the landscapes we pass through through our windows or portholes is part of the travel experience itself. For Fenêtres Ailleurs, Isabelle Daëron has created abstract imaginary landscapes, all in transparency, offering the traveler so many perspectives of elsewhere.
